In-app feedback
The fastest way to send feedback is from inside the app. Open the Profile tab and tap Send feedback. That goes straight to our team along with the app version and device info, which makes bug reports much easier to reproduce.
Subscription billing
All payments, receipts, and refunds for Fuel Fox Pro are handled by Apple, not us. To request a refund or report a billing problem, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and pick the relevant Fuel Fox purchase. If Apple can't help and you believe it's a Fuel Fox issue, email support@fuel-fox.app and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Account deletion
You can delete your account directly from the Profile tab in the app: Profile → App → Delete account. We do a full hard delete of your meals, plans, presets, chat history, and weight log within 24 hours, and your authentication record is removed immediately. There is nothing to recover after that, so make sure to export anything you need first (Settings → Export data).
If you cannot reach the in-app flow (for example, your account is locked out of email-based recovery), email us at support@fuel-fox.app from the address on file and we will action it manually.
